Micro Granules

CHILION achieves a new milestone in AFCP clean fire suppressants — micron-scale fire suppressant granules have completed their first production line and entered mass production.

These micro fire suppressant granules use micro-capsule coating technology, encapsulating fluorine shield (Perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone), C₆F₁₂O) in micron-scale capsules. When ambient temperature reaches the trigger threshold, the capsule shell ruptures and the agent is released. ODP=0, GWP=1 environmental properties, residue-free after discharge, non-conductive and non-corrosive.

The granular form's advantage: unlike patches which have shape constraints, granules can be flexibly embedded inside various electrical devices. A few grains inside precision instruments, scattered inside communication cabinets, filling gaps between battery modules — anywhere there's space.

Initial production will supply precision electronics, communication base stations, and new energy storage applications. Together with AFCP patches and injection molded sleeves, they form CHILION's complete fluorine shield fire suppression product matrix.
