CHILION announces a comprehensive packaging upgrade for its AFCP (AFCP Fire Control Patch) product series. The new packaging features an integrated molded box structure with moisture-proof inner lining and individual slot holders for each model. The box front displays product specifications, application scenarios, and installation diagrams — customers can understand the product at first glance.
AFCP currently has five model series covering different electrical equipment types:
F-Type: Flexible Bare Patch. 2mm thin, bendable. Oil-resistant substrate for irregular surfaces. Distribution cabinet walls, cable joints, terminal blocks — sticks anywhere. Peel-and-stick for quick on-site installation.
A-Type: Aluminum Armored. Aluminum alloy housing, impact and vibration resistant. Ideal for outdoor transformer boxes, wind converter cabinets, mining distribution — harsh environments. Magnetic or bracket mounting.
P-Type: Socket Mini Patch. 60x60x2mm micro square patch, fits standard 86-box / outlet boxes. Embedded installation, zero space. Hotels, schools, office buildings — socket distribution protection.
D-Type: Coating. AFCP micro-capsules embedded in coating material. Brush or spray onto equipment surfaces. Simple application, low cost for large areas. Cable trays, busway systems — broad coverage.
M-Type: Custom Mold. Custom-molded per customer drawings. Precision fit for irregular or non-standard electrical components. Bulk orders made to order, ideal for OEM equipment manufacturers.
All five models feature unified visual design packaging with product codes, trigger temperature (140°C±10°C), expiration date, and installation instructions printed on the box for easy warehouse management and on-site use.
